After we receive your hotel room reservation, you will receive an email from us with instructions on how to provide your credit card details to the hotel. The room will remain reserved for you for 24 hours after this email is sent. Your room reservation is only guaranteed once you have provided your credit card details. Unless otherwise agreed in the individual qSkills™ offer, the guest must pay for the hotel accommodation either directly when providing their credit card details or at the latest upon arrival (check-in).
