Objectives:
This is how we proceed: In Interpersonal Skills LAB, 1–4 teams (each with 2–6 people) work under realistic conditions (information overload, time and decision pressure) on standardised missions. In each team, one person can take the lead, the other people act operationally. This makes individual behaviour and its impact on the team directly visible.

- Establish situational awareness in a structured way (FOR-DEC)
- Get everyone on board: how to conduct briefings and debriefings successfully

- Use all available resources successfully – Crew Resource Management (CRM)
