Description:

The ability to weigh opportunities and threats (risks) in business decisions is a key success factor. A company's risk management deals with the identification, assessment, aggregation (summarization), and mitigation of risks that can be interpreted as potential causes of deviations from plans. How can one realize the obvious advantages of a conscious approach to risks without having to accept the unnecessary bureaucratic burden of an over-formalized risk management system? In this 3-day intensive seminar RC126 Fundamentals of Risk Management, all relevant fundamentals for establishing a risk management and early warning system are covered.

All participants receive comprehensive documentation in printed and electronic form (USB stick). Additionally, all participants receive the newly published book in 2020 "Success Factor Risk Management 4.0 - Practical Handbook for Industry and Trade" (Romeike/Hager, 4th, completely revised and supplemented edition, Springer Verlag 2020) as an eBook or as a printed hardcover version.

The training includes a certificate from the Risk Academy® as well as a personal certificate from the "International Institute for Governance, Management, Risk & Compliance" (GMRC).
