Invitation to our IT board - "the qnet"

Events 2004

Our first lecture topic: "Efficient and cost-effective storage management" followed by an exchange of experiences.

Due to constantly increasing amounts of data, new strategies and restructuring measures must be implemented quickly and - as far as possible - cost-effectively.

  • How do I get an overview of total costs and costs per GB?

  • What potential for savings is there?

  • How can I optimize the utilization of my resources?

IT decision-makers face these and many other questions as they define appropriate strategies and make decisions.

With our IT board "the qnet," we aim to create a forum where you can inform yourself in a manufacturer-neutral manner with top-class speakers, while also exchanging experiences with executives who have faced or are facing similar challenges. This can be a valuable support in your decision-making process.

Our speaker:
Jens Leischner - Dipl.-Ing. (FH), co-founder of SANBoard, Germany, and also a speaker at qSkills™ for various storage topics. Jens Leischner worked for several large enterprises in the enterprise environment after completing his studies - focusing primarily on storage and data backup solutions and operations. In 2002, he founded SANBoard Germany - a manufacturer-independent interest group consisting of end customers with storage networking environments. It serves as an interface to manufacturers and standardization bodies.
