Business Intelligence needs a master plan!
The necessary and only basis is a clear BI strategy as a framework for growth and dynamics and as investment protection for new solutions.
Together and in initial collaboration, the experts of the simple fact AG will discuss this topic in our next IT-Board.
The presentation particularly considers the following aspects:
Best practices for building a BI strategy as a master plan for consolidating the DWH system landscape, designing a data management strategy, and migrating the existing system landscape to the target platform.
Expansion of the DWH as a "engine" for value-oriented customer management through Closed Loop CRM as well as integration of cross-channel campaign management.
