it-sa 2015: Knowledge transfer for professionals

News 2015

Nuremberg, September 23, 2015. qSkills™, the independent IT training provider, presents its training expertise at this year's IT Security trade fair it-sa (October 6-8, 2015, Nuremberg Exhibition Center). At booth 12.0-553, qSkills™ provides an overview of current training topics and invites interested parties to 30-minute security workshops. The kickoff is the 8th qSkills™ Security Summit (October 5, 2015, South-West Park, Nuremberg) with top-notch speakers, including Prof. Dr. Dr. Radermacher, member of the Club of Rome, sharing his perspective on humans and the digital machine.

Given the increasing digitalization of the economy and the challenges posed by Industry 4.0, numerous studies predict a drastic need for training. Employees and their qualifications are increasingly coming into focus. "Qualification and further education are not just nice extras for companies, but crucial investments in the future," says Birgit Jacobs, member of the qSkills™ management team.

Building Know-how is a Must
Job profiles are changing, creating new areas of responsibility and roles. Experts know: Early development of employees' know-how within the organization is essential. It is important to be able to cope with technological developments and ensure the future success of a company. Conversely, as long as the necessary expertise is not present or developed within organizations, there can be no viable overall solutions - not even in the IT security field. Birgit Jacobs: "We address this trend by proactively addressing current training topics in collaboration with our customers and developing tailored training offerings. Trend topics include especially security and IT aspects related to Industry 4.0."
