Description:
The three-hour live online course AI101 AI Literacy – Risks, Liability & AI Act imparts the essentials for the secure handling of AI in everyday work: compact, practical and without technical prior knowledge.
The focus is on the risks that arise during the daily use of AI tools. These include false statements that sound convincing, the unintentional outflow of confidential data, distorted results and attacks via manipulated content. Live demonstrations make these risks tangible.
The course also classifies the legal framework. Art. 4 of the AI Act obliges providers and operators of AI systems to take measures to promote the AI literacy of their personnel. With the Digital Omnibus Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, this obligation was newly formulated in July 2026. Participants learn what this means for their company and their own everyday work and where liability risks lie beyond the AI Act.
At the conclusion, the participants receive a qSkills™™ certificate, which companies can document as proof of a conducted measure in the sense of Art. 4 AI Act.
