In the hands-on workshop AI342 Information Security 24/7: AI-based Compliance Hotline you will learn how to develop a real-time voice assistant for your enterprise compliance hotline. By leveraging the OpenAI Realtime API and integrating with your internal knowledge management system, you create a solution that is available around the clock and meets information security requirements.

The course begins with an introduction to AI-based compliance hotlines, explaining the significance and benefits of such systems in the compliance domain as well as their use cases and value for information security. Subsequently, the architecture of a real-time voice assistant is presented, including an overview of the OpenAI Realtime API and its deployment possibilities as well as integration into existing knowledge management systems.

In the further course progression, we focus on the implementation of the voice interface, including setup and configuration of the OpenAI Realtime API for voice interactions as well as processing of voice inputs and generation of voice outputs. Furthermore, the integration with the knowledge management system is covered to ensure data retrieval and processing from internal knowledge databases and to guarantee the currency and relevance of the provided information.

A particular focus lies on security and data protection aspects, addressing compliance with compliance guidelines and data protection regulations as well as implementation of security measures for protecting sensitive data.
