The course AR210 Professional for Software Architecture - Advanced Level (CPSA-A): Improve covers all steps necessary for evolutionary improvement of software architectures:

  1. Analysis: You learn various methods to identify problems and understand their root causes and impacts.
  2. Estimation: For a good strategy, not only the costs of improvement measures must be estimated. The costs caused by the problems should also be considered in the planning.
  3. Improvement: Typically, incremental improvements are the best choice. For this purpose, various methods exist. You learn to develop an improvement strategy and implement improvements concretely.

In this course AR210 Professional for Software Architecture - Advanced Level (CPSA-A): Improve you will learn to identify problems, understand root causes, strategically plan and implement improvements. Challenges that seemed unsolvable at first glance become manageable. You thereby not only extend the lifecycle of your software, but also make it future-ready.

Prerequisites:

The certification at Advanced Level requires the prior completion of the Foundation Level.

For the seminar, you receive 20 methodical and 10 technical points for the Advanced Level accreditation.

Other Info:

For successful participation in an Advanced-Level-Training, participants receive a respectively defined number of Credit Points. If you want to register for the CPSA-Advanced examination, you need a total of at least 70 Credit Points. The exact overview of Credit Point distribution per course can be found on the official website of iSAQB.

In contrast to the Foundation Level examination, you must write a thesis for the Advanced Level examination. The solution is reviewed and evaluated by two recognized examiners of the iSAQB. Subsequently, the work is defended by the examination participant before the examiners.
