Communicating effectively with people and working successfully with them is a crucial skill for architects, as they must constantly sell and implement their ideas across departments. Even the best IT solutions are ineffective if their benefits cannot be communicated in a way that resonates with the target audience.

In this seminar, you will learn the right communication methods to handle such situations confidently and competently.

The goal of the seminar is to internalize these methods. To this end, participants will have numerous opportunities to try out what they’ve learned through practical exercises and real-life case studies.

For successful participation in an Advanced-Level-Training, participants receive a respectively defined number of Credit Points. If you want to register for the CPSA-Advanced examination, you need a total of at least 70 Credit Points. The exact overview of Credit Point distribution per course can be found on the official website of iSAQB.

In contrast to the Foundation Level examination, you must write a thesis for the Advanced Level examination. The solution is reviewed and evaluated by two recognized examiners of the iSAQB. Subsequently, the work is defended by the examination participant before the examiners.

This course is conducted in cooperation with the qSkills™ partner Software Quality Lab Academy.
