Description:

The workshop DT100 Digital Trust in Practice: Successful Transformation and AI Implementation offers you an introduction to the current topic of "Digital Trust" with a focus on AI implementation.

We are facing fundamental changes in all areas of life, work, and infrastructure. Digitalization and disruptive technologies such as Artificial Intelligence offer great opportunities for process networking, but also bring new challenges and questions, especially during implementation. This presents companies with existential challenges. In the face of increasingly complex ecosystems, they must transform, redefine leadership, bridge silos, and engage all stakeholders – even across organizations – on this journey. The key to successfully shaping the transformation is the "Digital Trust" approach.

Digital Trust makes a decisive contribution to acting solution-oriented across organizational boundaries.
Influential institutions such as the World Economic Forum, the German Institute for Economic Research, and ISACA™ also advocate its use. This workshop considers the "Big Picture," the entire value chain from data processing, cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence to ethics and transparency.

Together, we will work on how Digital Trust is designed, builds on pillars such as cybersecurity, data protection, risk management, and compliance, and enables bridges to be built between employees, organization, and technology.

Furthermore, it will be shown how to bring together different areas of responsibility, promote cooperation, and consider important holistic perspectives of customers, regulatory authorities, or investors. Using use cases around Artificial Intelligence, you will learn how to strategically build, deploy, and successfully use Digital Trust for the development and as a guide for your organization, making it measurable.

Participants of this Noon2Noon event will learn about use cases and measures over the two half-days and network with other Digital Trust pioneers. This will make them pioneers and multipliers in their organization.
