HF200: Successfully Developing Executives and Employees NEW

Objectives:

In the course HF200 Successfully Developing Executives and Employees participants do not sit passively in the seminar room. They plan real missions, carry them out under time and decision pressure, and evaluate their results directly themselves. This way, the most important aha moments emerge where they belong: with the people who act.

This is how we proceed:

In the LAB, 1–4 teams (each with 2–6 people) work under realistic conditions (information overload, time and decision pressure) on standardised missions. In each team, one person can take the lead, the other people act operationally. This makes individual behaviour and its impact on the team directly visible.

This is exactly where the course HF200 Successfully Developing Executives and Employees with the Interpersonal Skills LAB comes in: It makes the decisive capabilities visible, trainable and sustainably effective – for executives, employees, personnel development, HR departments and organizational developers alike.

The course focuses on the competencies that support effective collaboration: communication, teamwork and professional leadership behavior. We practice how to formulate clear messages, negotiate expectations and resolve conflicts constructively. Because good communication creates orientation, trust and speed. Teamwork, in turn, does not emerge through organizational charts, but through role clarification, feedback and the intelligent utilization of strengths in the team. Leadership behavior determines whether potential becomes performance: We train presence, attitude, delegation and developing others.

In the LAB, participants experience how they balance data, intuition and stakeholder interests – and how decision quality improves measurably when assumptions are disclosed and alternatives are examined. Additionally, we sharpen task management: setting priorities, controlling resources, clarifying interfaces, maintaining focus. This transforms "too much to do" into an effective, structured workflow.

The special feature: We work practically. No frontal instruction, no slide flood. Instead, reality-based simulations that represent typical enterprise situations – from objective discussions through team alignments to escalations with high time pressure. Participants act, decide, negotiate. They receive direct, precise feedback on impact and behavior and can immediately try new options. This experience-based approach accelerates learning, increases transfer into daily operations and ensures that insight becomes routine.
