In the course HF200 Successfully Developing Executives and Employees participants do not sit passively in the seminar room. They plan real missions, carry them out under time and decision pressure, and evaluate their results directly themselves. This way, the most important aha moments emerge where they belong: with the people who act.This is how we proceed:
In the LAB, 1–4 teams (each with 2–6 people) work under realistic conditions (information overload, time and decision pressure) on standardised missions. In each team, one person can take the lead, the other people act operationally. This makes individual behaviour and its impact on the team directly visible.
