In the course HF300 Organizational Success Through Alignment at All Levels participants do not sit passively in the seminar room. They plan real missions, implement them under time and decision pressure – and evaluate their results directly themselves. This way, the most important aha moments arise where they belong: with the people who take action.This is how we proceed:
In Discovery of Nexus, 1–3 teams (each 3–4 people with a team leader and operational level) and 3–6 top management participants work under realistic conditions (information overload, time and decision pressure) on standardized missions. Effect: competencies become visible, discussable and trainable – with concrete implications for collaboration.

When all levels have to work together, this is exactly where the course HF300 Organizational Success Through Alignment at All Levels with the Discovery of Nexus simulation comes in. In many companies, projects do not stall because of a lack of expertise, but because of friction losses between levels: objectives are interpreted differently, information fizzles out, priorities collide. The result: delays, unnecessary loops, demotivation. Effective collaboration across hierarchies is therefore not a “nice-to-have”, but a productivity lever.In the simulation, we realistically map three levels, for example executive management–division management–production or board–managing directors–department management. This creates genuine leadership and teamwork across multiple levels, which can be reflected quickly, intensively and tangibly. Participants experience live how communication at interfaces works, how teamwork succeeds even without direct proximity and how leadership behavior shapes decision speed, clarity and commitment.
The focus is on practice-oriented situations in which planning and decision-making under time pressure are required, while in parallel task management has to be coordinated across departmental boundaries. Who passes on which information? Where do misunderstandings arise? Which decisions belong on which level and how are they prepared so that the next level can act quickly? In the simulation it becomes visible which routines are reliable and where blind spots lie.
Important: With us there is no passive listening and no PowerPoint bombardment. Discovery of Nexus is a simulation; participants work in a hands-on way, make real decisions with real consequences in the model, negotiate goal conflicts, prioritize backlogs, synchronize capacities and experience the effects directly. Short reflection loops condense the learning experience: What worked? What slowed things down? Which guidelines, roles or rituals need an update?
