With the new training MS152 "Ansible for Windows Administrators", qSkills™ expands its Microsoft™™ portfolio with a practice-oriented training offering for efficient automation of Windows infrastructures. The focus is on agentless management of Windows systems using Ansible, one of the leading tools in the field of configuration management.

The three-day hybrid course (next dates: 22.–24.09.2025 and 08.–10.12.2025 in Nuremberg) is specifically designed for Windows administrators without prior knowledge of Ansible. Participants will learn step by step the installation, configuration, and application of Ansible in Windows environments - with numerous hands-on exercises that are directly applicable to their own practice.

What to expect in the training:

  • Introduction to Ansible, architecture, modules, and playbooks

  • Setting up inventories and initial automation steps

  • Creating reusable roles with conditionals and loops

  • Automating typical Windows admin tasks (e.g., software installations, configurations)

  • Optional: Working with templates, secret management, and error handling


Objectives:
Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to write their own playbooks, automate standard tasks in their Windows environment, and apply best practices for introducing Ansible into the enterprise. This will not only make IT processes more stable but also significantly more efficient.
