Against this backdrop, we would like to introduce you to our new 1-day online course OD100 openDesk™ - Fundamentals.
openDesk™ can enable modern, confident collaboration as a central digital workplace by efficiently, securely, and GDPR-compliantly bundling numerous tools. This allows companies & authorities to benefit from increased productivity, full data sovereignty, reduced compliance risks, and greater independence from proprietary platforms.
In the course, users will get a compact introduction to the digital workplace openDesk™. They will get to know the interface and available apps in the browser, make configurations, and use guided tours for the key features. Through typical workflows, they will work with files, Open-Xchange modules, projects, wiki, chat, notes, and video conferences, strengthening their collaborative team work – also of interest to public administrations.
